Why can't I log in and how do I extend the insurance?

I had a medical insurance that I never used that I got through MaxMatthiessen. They told me that I could keep using it up to 3 months after I left my company. And today I tried to login in the app (still in the 3 months) to make use of it and it doesn't let me login.

In a different note, I told MaxMatthiessen that I wanted to keep my medical insurance after leaving my company, and they said that I could contact you and after those three months you could extend my insurance, is that correct? What would I need to do?

    The reason why you can't access the mobile app is because you don't have a valid insurance. Even though you have these 3 months after leaving your company, you don't have access to the app.

    If you're interested in extending the insurance, you have the option to sign up to a continuation insurance. You'll find more information about this here: Continuation insurance - Euro Accident.
